Artful Dodgers' products and services are available exclusively online through the website. These products can be available in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to limit the sales or/and temporarily exclude product's or services' availability. Also, we reserve the right to limit services mentioned above to any person or geographic region and/or limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We may exercise this right on a case-to-case basis. Products or services are subjects to return or exchange only according to our Shipping and Return Policy.

Product's colors may differ from what is displayed on your device. We do our best to present the color as accurately as possible.

We do not guarantee that the quality of our products or services, presented information will meet your expectations.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order that will be placed via our website. Also, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of the products per person/account even if the order has been already placed. The above means that any order is placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, the same billing and/or shipping address may be limited. We will inform you about canceling or changes made to order in the provided email address.

As a customer/viewer you agree to provide current, complete, accurate purchase and account information that are necessary to execute the order. What is more, as a customer, you are obligated to update accounts and other information, including email address. That is necessary to complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PAYMENT

If you would like your order to be processed, it is necessary to make the payment via online credit card payment. We do provide few methods of payment:

1. PayPal

You can pay for your order with a PayPal account during the submission process of your order. Your payment will be provided by PayPal. We never access or store your credit card/PayPal datas. NOTE: PayPal is a third-party website and every issue that occurred during the payment must be clarified with their customer service. PayPal charges a commission for administration of the transfers.
